Primary Activities:

• We advise in the assessment of potential projects with prospective developers, and create short term, mid-range and long term marketing plans.
• We assist in site location for developers, builders and agents.
• We consult with developers, builders, agents and buyers on various issues related to new home construction and development.
• We represent projects to the various municipalities and other entities during and after the development process.
• We participate in a variety of community and industry activities and organizations to promote the interest of responsible development and building.
• We assemble builder groups for developers.
• We assemble marketing teams for developers and builders.
• We assemble, interpret and distribute timely and meaningful residential new construction information to the marketplace.
